Refund Policy

Creative Logic Media will provide NO refunds for hourly work rate unless otherwise specified in individual project contracts. We do NOT guarantee customer satisfaction with our services, though we strive to achieve it with every project.

Creative Logic Media focuses on deliverables, and only sends invoices upon project commencements, which are non-refundable retainers, and milestones reached. Therefore, customer payment signifies completion of a set of deliverables and our reaching of project milestones. Payment is a customer acknowledgement of complete and non-refundable project work, unless otherwise specified in writing by Creative Logic Media. Customer does have the ability to opt out of contracts and negate future payments, but will receive no refund under and circumstances for previously billed work.
